The Wigwam or as it some times called the Wickiup is a domed single-room dwelling used by some Native American tribes. The term wickiup is used more often in the south-west and West, and the term Wigwam is more commonly used in the Northeast. The wigwam is not to be
confused with the Native Plains Tipi which has a very different construction, structure, and use.
Here is an example of a Thatched wickup built here at peak survival, they can have the traditional dome shape or something like this that resembles more a Tipi.
