Why not treat your team to an authentic wilderness experience, promote team work and leadership in the outdoors.
These can be ran as a half day, one day or multi day course during the week or at weekends.
Listed below is an introduction of what type of courses we offer. The only limit is your imagination we have run many different solutions anything from a plane crash scenario to working as a team to find a lost team member who is a casualty on the hill somewhere.
Overnight Lost in the woods Scenario

This an extremely fun and rewarding 24 hours the group or groups must work to survive as with all our courses we operate on a challenghe by choice principle, basically we have the staff and the expertise to make the course as "extreme" as possible. During the course challenges are based around the four principles of survival, that are fire, food, shelter and water.

when the group arrive, and following a safety brief, the teams are given with the materials to construct a waterproof woodland shelter. Our instructors are on hand at all times to provide advice and assistance, but the emphasis here is on your employee’s working together to come up with solutions to problems.
Once the shelter is constructed we will have a light lunch of sandwiches/snacks/tea/coffee, before moving on to an afternoons activities which include:
Fire Lighting - Under the expert supervision there will be various problem solving exercises including ignition and as cave men before use friction to start a fire so shall you learn to.

Water - Having only a contaminated water source the group will work together to solve the problem with what they have.
Food - depending on the request of the group they will learn how to butcher and prepare meat without using a knife only primitive methods.
Navigation - A Real life search and rescue mission to get your teeth into find the casualty, be the Hero.
For Dinner groups are given the oppurtunity to cook over an open fire the meat they prepared earlier.

The evening can consist of a few tracking games around the camp, or if you would prefer your teams can relax around the camp fire with a few drinks.
After a night in the shelter (we also have a large TIPI for those who may feel uncomfortable sleeping in a shelter) breakfast will be bacon and eggs cooked over the fire before it is time to break camp and head off home.
Our instructors have years worth of experience of expeditions in environments from the UK, to the jungles of Borneo, to the Himalayas, Middle East and the USA. They are also experts at assessing groups abilities, mentoring, coaching and leading. We use this expertise to provide you at the end of your event a full written report on your team(/s) performance. Performance indicators can be adapted to suit your particular organisations goals, and will usually consist:
